Our tradespeople are highly skilled in their crafts and go through our thorough screening process, which means that we use the best of the best on our projects. In fact, the majority of the candidates we interview do not meet our rigid requirements to become members of Universal Guys.
Our project managers have a vast amount of experience doing construction and renovation projects in the Puget Sound area. They have the design experience as well as the project management skills to help you attain a more beautiful, custom home that suits your needs.
FOUNDER AND OWNER
The philosophy of Alex Dalakian, founder & owner of Universal Guys, leads everything they do. He’s made it his life’s work to create the best all-in-one remodeling company possible. That combined with a belief in continuous growth and improvement has resulted in a client-focused, quality-driven, top-notch service that we offer to all of our clients.
Prior to founding the company in 2010, he honed his skills as a handyman for residents of the Pacific NW. Before that, Alex was working with his family where he specialized as a plumber, carpenter, electrician, and much more!.
Alex is a family man and lives in Seattle.
